Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer custom orders?

We do not offer custom earring orders at this time.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

We offer various shipping methods including standard, expedited, and express delivery. You can choose your preferred shipping    option during checkout.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship within 24-48 hours. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class, and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

  • Do you ship internationally?  

No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the carrier’s website.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (Cost before Tax) . 

 

  •  Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, if you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@claycouture.net for assistance.

  • My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating delays can be. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reship the order or open a claim until the package has been in transit for more than 30 days. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.​

  • What should I do if my package is damaged or lost during shipping?

We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service.If your package is damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellation & Returns Policy​

  • If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

 

  • Earring sales are final. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.

  • We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.

  • First Class  shipping are uninsured. Please note, if your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
